Returns Policy
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a return.
  • Returns are refunded in a form of a code for store credit only.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • You are responsible for sending your return back to us.
  • Received a Defective item? If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us at info@getcolmena.com with your name, email and order number so that we can resolve this issue immediately.
